After few months since their latest OOH campaign, Sabbour Consulting and Modern Development has released a promotional outdoor advertising campaign to introduce the commercial project, Perlado’s payment plan in Sheikh Zayed City on the billboards of Cairo.

The campaign shows some 3D conceptual art of the project itself, using a B2B marketing strategy to attract investors. On the other side, Perlado is adding some human aspects to the other visuals to reveal more about the culture and atmosphere the shoppers will find there, as a B2C approach. As for the ad copy, it states “7 years payment plan” at “Zayed new spark”.
