Leading IT distributor Metra has launched a new OOH campaign to announce the arrival of Philips mobile phones to the Egyptian market.
The devices from the Dutch multinational are well-known for their user-friendly interface and long-lasting battery, but were not readily available in Egypt until now. As the exclusive distributor, Metra will market and sell the phones to Egyptian customers.
Over a cyan blue background, the ads showcase users from all walks of life using the devices in different situations. The ad copy reads “Philips Mobile for everyone in the family” with bold white font that contrasts strongly with the background. The ads also include the Social Media handles of the recently-landed brand.
The campaign was launched at the beginning of September with Large and X-Large uni-poles, T-poles, and Chassis, and so far, it seems limited in reach.
